Seafoam suites

My stay was ok. ( not the seafoam suites it used to be tho ) Room was clean but did find a couple of waterbugs in room. Staff was ok but everthing was virtual and wasnt all that great. Didn't have a remote to the tv and couldn't get ahold to staff after 10pm after making several calls and voicemails,staff only responded to text messages next day. Overall experience was ok ( not what i expected with the online reservations and with the virtual but experience was ok ). Will rent rooms again there now that i know the criteria.

2nd time here, and I’m sure there will more stays here. Checking in is easy as pie, check out as well. Sea Fiam is close enough to all the things in PCB, but also far enough to have some peace and quiet.

The getaway 😀

The most amazing things are the little things...beach access across the street, free parking, ground floor to room access... a great coffee shop a few doors down, all kinds of great restaurants up and down the street. A great rate for a quick getaway to enjoy some fun in the sun!!!!

The room consisted of two beds and a bathroom. When we arrived the room was warm. The air conditioner is too small to cool the room. We only had 4 towels for the week for 4 people. Overall, the room could have been cleaner, but it served its purpose for us for the week.

Old motel. Not a “suite “. Need to condition the space ahead of time! Checked in at 530; wasn’t comfortable until after 1am. Parking lot is ridiculously tight. It was clean to be fair.

Decent if you’re on a budget. However, it was not the cleanest. We ended up buying our own bedding/pillows. The plumbing was not great in the bathroom. That issue finally resolved on our last night. No hand soap in the bathroom. Wi-Fi was not strong enough to connect to the TV.

We really liked the cleaniliness at first, but... after a couple days with only 4 towels for shpwers and the hassle of trying to get so.e for 2 days really was aggitating... I contacted the property by message asking for towels and 2 days later I caught one of the cleaning staff members who was nasty when we asked for more towels. Everything wlse was good but it was very hard to communicate without an office.

Worst hotel experience of my life. We walked in the door to find a cockroach in the room. I ran to get toilet paper to capture it, but the roll was empty and I had to open a new package. Fine, I caught the roach, flushed it, and then noticed a smear of what could only be feces across from the toilet. My husband was trying to calm the children down, as they were upset and crying in the parking lot. Out daughter has a shellfish allergy, which includes cockroaches, so we couldn’t possibly stay in that room. Messaged the hotel through the app as there is no office on site. Got no response. Called hotels.com and asked them what to do. They contacted the property but got no answer. We rebooked another hotel and later received accusatory messages from Sea Foam Suites asking for pictures of the feces and cockroach. Since I didn’t stop to take a picture, they won’t offer a refund. When our trip concludes, I will be contacting the health department and filing with BBB. This should never have happened, but the worst part is the failure to make it right.

ASK FOR THE LOCKBOX CODE A.S.A.P!

I checked-in on time, and needed to get to a planned event. When I locked the door, the mechanism seemed a bit off, but since I wasn't familiar with how it usually sounds, I didn't think anything of it. When I returned to the room at 11:27pm, the batteries of the keyless were COMPLETELY DEAD! I was unable to get into my room. I called the number two or three times and nobody answered. I sent no fewer than five text messages, and received the code for the lockbox containing a key at 12:01am. This motel has no on-site staff; think of it like an AirBnB situation. The refrigerator didn't work, the bathroom door was bashed in at the bottom, and there were at least two large stains on the fabric-covered headboard, not to mention the indescribable stain of what appeared to be blood running down the lower part of the threshold of the bathroom door. BTW... I never got an apology or any other kind of message other than the code. SO, my advice is GET THE LOCKBOX CODE UPON CHECK-IN! P.S...I have photos, but Hotels.com functionality isn't allowing me to upload them.

the property is an older motel room 4 the walls are thin the door is drafty the windows leak there is no heat there is a space heater. the air conditioner is duct taped in place and drafty as well the bathroom has no vent fan the bed is noisy but comfortable the floors were filthy, but it is the beach and there is sand every where. there is a pool out side and a little patch fenced in for dogs it is across the street from a beach we asked for toilet paper but never got any we bought our own. the fridge is small and the kitchenware is limited

They claim to be pet friendly but nothing could be further from the truth. Their pet policy is flat out ridiculous and overbearing. Rooms are extremely small with no room to hang up your clothes. The antiquated key system is hilariously inadequate. Don’t waste your money - get a real motel room!
