Excellent all way through

I just eant to thank the owners, Iris and Jack for a fantastic stay. We have stayed on many hotels over the years - a few 3 star and tons of 4 and 5 star hotels. The experience in this little eight toom hotel is just fantastic. Rooms are nice and clean. No TV. But that's a gift as you wont need it. There is the most fantastic bar with an extraordinary atmosphere. The place is a small walk from town - 15 minutes. There is quiet and calm and a very nice terrace. Breakfast is excellent. And if you are in doubt about whether to try Haggis - as I was - this is where to try it. It is superb. We will surely be back when we drop by lovely Pitlochry again

Great Stay thank you

Lovely comfortable room, spacious with a small sitting area. Jack and Iris were great hosts who welcomed us into their home . Bar food was an excellent accompaniment to our cocktails and great selection of whisky... Jacks whisky knowledge was a great bonus for my American husband Tony We shall definately come back soon.

We had a fantastic stay at this excellent B&B. The rooms were spotless, modern, and clearly cared for with a personal touch. Jack has done an amazing job upgrading the place and really making it his own — you can see the attention to detail throughout. One of the standout features for us was their impressive whiskey collection. We spent a lovely evening in the bar enjoying a few drinks, and it was such a nice touch that the hosts joined us to chat and get to know us. It made the experience feel warm and personal. Breakfast the next morning was also very good — fresh, well-prepared, and a perfect way to start the day. Overall, a great blend of comfort, style, and hospitality. Highly recommend!

Live Like a Laird or Lady

Stayed for one night passing through Pitlochry. Jack and Iris are the perfect hosts, going above and beyond to make your stay special. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with a great night’s sleep in a luxurious bed, and invigorating shower to waken up, followed by an excellent Scottish breakfast. Jack even personally took me on a shortcut tour to the Dunfallady Stones I’d enquired about. The bar has the best whisky collection I have seen, with Jack able to tell the stories behind many of them. Iris is the perfect host, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and picking just the right background music for the bar. You can tell that they have put their own taste and passion and personalities into renovating the building, which felt like I’d been invited to be the Laird for an evening in his own home. Will absolutely be back.
