"The penthouse had been renovated and had a great view of Niagara Falls. The room was pretty small and the bathroom was tiny. The room was air conditioned and clean. Parking was off site so they had a shuttle to take you to your car. I found the food and coffee at Ihop in the hotel was not very good compared to Ihop restaurants outside."

"We had an absolutely magical stay at the Sheraton Fallsview! Walking into the room and seeing an unobstructed, panoramic view of the falls was breathtaking. The room featured a lovely Juliet balcony, meaning we could open the window and actually hear the roar of the water—it was spectacular, especially during the nightly illumination show.​The property itself is beautifully renovated, modern, and incredibly clean. The location is unbeatable—everything is within walking distance, including great restaurants, and the boat tours. The staff was warm and professional from check-in to check-out. We will definitely be back!""

"The staff was very friendly to us while we stayed. Our problem with this property was the furniture. Our bed was rock hard and not comfortable. The 4 pillows were also hard and lumpy which made sleeping uncomfortable. The couch in the room was cheap and not pleasant to sit on. "
