"We booked a premium room, which has a view of the Trade center memorial. Its quite touching and something that should never be forgotten by any New Yorker or any American. The room was very comfortable and stylish. Check in is done on a laptop. You make your own keys , which was actually quite pleasant "

"Quiet spot in a great neighborhood (morning coffee from Zabar's!). Take a quick walk to Central Park or use the nearby subway to access the whole city. Rooms are small, as are most in NYC, but very clean. Doormen and housekeeping staff are friendly and efficient. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the adjoining restaurant with a hotel discount."
