"It was an amazing 3N stay on the 9th floor privilege room with a fantastic view of the Kyoto Tower. From the moment we checked in till checked out, all the staff we met spoke v good English and were v helpful. The afternoon tea’s food was good on the first day but the menu was the same for the next day. We didn’t make it back for tea on the 3rd day. The alcohol offered was decently good.
