"This hotel was so amazing!! We got a room with four beds. They gave us robes, slippers, and toiletries. It was fancy, very comfortable, and very very nice. I would love to stay there again!"

"The hotel has an excellent location! You can easily walk around to restaurants and convenience stores, and there’s a super cute coffee shop for breakfast just two minutes away. The subway is also very close, which makes it easy if you need to travel with luggage. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room is really nice, clean, and quite spacious. They provide hair dryers and amenities from ReFa, so if you’re interested in buying their products, it’s a good chance to try them first. They also offer free coffee and water near the entrance, and there is a vending machine as well."

"Great location. We were “upgraded” to a small room on the premium floor that was smaller and less well appointed than our friends in a regular room on a non-premium floor. Our room had a vinyl floor that had stains on it, no storage space for clothing, hardly any space to walk around the bed and nowhere to store 24” suitcases without having to step around them. Ask for one of the larger rooms!"

"Ace Hotel is away from the very touristy and busy center of Kyoto, yet is had a lot of restaurants and shops around it. If you are a good walker, you can walk to Kyoto Station, Nishiki Market and even the Imperial Palace. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is quite large and comfortable. There is a Stumptown Café downstairs."
