"Our deluxe twin room was spotless and beautiful. It felt like Florence from the minute we walked in. Breakfast on the Tera e every morning with iced lattes and cappuccinos set us up for the day. Our room was nice, we paid more to have a bigger room but actually it was too big, almost echoing. Walls were plain, needed some more furniture to fill the space. Our room was nice and warm when we turned the heating on. However our bathroom was always very cold.
