"We loved this hotel while staying in the Patagonia area. Super friendly staff, great breakfast options and lots of natural light. Would definitely recommend."
"Decent basic hotel no view out the window except to a hole in-between more building and a window across to another room. Room had some wear and splatter on the walls. Doors locked at 9pm and even fairly late into the morning and had to enter/exit through the sister hotel. "
"We arrived early, but the staff was super attentive. They were able to store our bags as we went out and explored. Cristian took care of us from start to finish, great customer service skills. Margarita was our cleaning lady and had the room spotless. We visited the restaurant, the selection was good with some local cuisine. Portions are big enough for two. Location was ideal right on the Straight and only blocks from downtown, the port and just about anywhere."
"So it appears to have everything you need. Restaurant on site with breakfast etc. It did have some quirks. We were on the 3rd floor and the phone in the lobby woke us up. No fan or AC. There was a window you could open but it was a busy main street so very noisy. The window also closed after a bit although later we found it had a stick to help keep it open.
The strangest issue was the shower. It was completely open to both bathroom and sleeping area so no privacy while showering. It had a blind but they had tied it with knots so you couldnt close.
Wasn't a bad stay overall but some weird things for us anyways"
"Its a bit loud, the breakfast is not great, and the heating is cut at 20 but it feels like 16 in the room. When i told the staff they give me big eyes before restarting it. For the price, you should just take a real hotel."
