"The staff were very friendly and courteous. The area of the resort was Sant Teresa which is an artsy area and easy to get around. Transportation is very easy to get around with uber and trolly. "

The hotel is in a perfect spot which made it easy to see Santa Teresa, the Lapa arches and sample local nightlife in Lapa. The staff were all so helpful and made our stay perfect. "I had a great stay in this hotel . The complimentary breakfast was great and the hotel staff are welcoming and accommodating as well. The neighborhood at night isn't as ideal but the hotel is well worth the stay. I was able to go to all the tourist attractions easily via public transportation and at night the bus was close to the hotel as well. I would definitely return to this hotel."

"O único problema é que a portaria do hotel tem uma campainha que toca alto a todo momento para entrada de hóspedes. Impede o descanso. Quanto a limpeza do quarto é excelente, o colchão e travesseiro com capa, isso é otimo. Não tem café da manhã incluído no pacote estadia, mas na frente do hotel tem uma padaria que prepara lanches na hora. "
