"Location is extremely convenient since it is steps away from the subway stations, restaurants, convenience stores. Room is clean and as pictured. Checking in and out were seamless. Will book again. "
"The room was pretty small. You had to step up to the bathroom and the washer/dryer. There's a microwave, sink, dishes and utensils in the room.
The area was not very welcoming though. The taxi we had said it was not easy to get to. There's a lot of bars around in the area and a couple of restaurants. I wouldn't want to be there late at night alone. No shopping at all.
Hotel had free items like brushes, toothbrushes, etc in the lobby. They had free water bottles and water. Coffee was there but not available after 5pm.
We stayed at their Shibuya hotel and the location was more convenient in terms of shops and location to a subway. "
