"Best breakfast buffet of all three hotels we stayed during our Japan trip and excellent amenities. There is a bus directly from Narita airport to the property which made airport transfer very convenient. The property was within a very short walking distance to the station and the trains were very frequent. There is a 7-Eleven and Lawson very close to the property.
We stayed in a three bed room. We loved the room layout where the sink, shower and toilet were all separated, which made is very easy for each of us to get ready at the same time."
"Love that they provide pajamas (long comfy button down long sleeved shirt dresses) - had I known I wouldn't have packed pjs. The locations is priceless if you're up for being in the heart of the busy night life of Shinjuku. It's conveniently located next to a train station and all the awesome restaurants and stores. It's close to known tourist spots and trending foodie spots. I also loved the view of the city that we had - Includes Godzilla!
They didn't have an iron/steamer which was a huge disappointment since I needed that. The staff was helpful but staff by the restaurant aren't always greeting you but you would think they would since they're right by the main entrance. The room I booked with the two beds was really tight for tourists like myself that had a couple large luggages. My son is also over 6ft so he hit his head a lot in the shower/bathroom. I'm not sure if this is just typical of what to expect in Japan hotels."
"The location is excellent but the room of the Annex Tower in Prince Hotel feels significantly outdated; the rooms require a major upgrade to meet modern standards."
"Very difficult elevator service takes a long time to get up to your room. He has anti-suicide nets it's all right if you need somewhere cheap to stay, but I would try to find somewhere else less busy."
"Spacious room for our final night in Japan to spread out suitcases and pack our purchases. Compared to other past hotel locations, this was a smidge out of the way to the things we wanted to access but nothing a couple minutes of walking couldn’t solve. Quiet area though.
Amenity options did not have the variety of other hotels we stayed at but we were here just for 1 night so not a dealbreaker."
