"Great hotel to stay at when first arriving in Costa Rica. They have a 24/7 airport shuttle which works great when arriving on a late flight. The rooms are comfortable and have blackout curtains to block that early morning sun! They also have a very nice breakfast offering with helpful staff. The hotel in walking distance to some of the car rentals. We used Economy and they were most helpful. Overall this is a great spot to start and end your trip to Costa Rica!"

"Comfortable but not super relaxing. White light everywhere and colorful flashing LED lights around the jacuzzi. Quite jarring. The entire hotel needs an urgent remodel. It looks very dated and old"

"We went to celebrate my wife's birthday, and the Tabacón Team took it from there. After a long journey in, we arrived at an enthusiastic Bell Staff that quickly had us unloaded and onto a golf cart to whisk us away to our room. The entire welcoming process set a marvelous tone for the next few days. Every interaction with each staff member left us with a memorable impression. The profession of hospitality is not lost here. The restaurants are well-staffed, and the food is excellent. Breakfast each morning was a treat of Costa Rican and other international flavors. Try it all. The Spa team was the best we have experienced on any continent. Their technique, rapport, and amenities are not to be missed. We treated ourselves to the couples massage that was followed by our own personal hot tub. The property is immaculate and well-maintained. You are the very edge of the forest, where you can witness all manner of flora and fauna. We were so impressed that we will be bringing all 12 of us next time. Thank you. "
