"Beautiful and elegant hotel. Room was great with a balcony and view of the lake. Friendly and attentive staff including arranging a taxi for our pickup at the Verbania train station. Direct access to the lake with plenty of space and seating to lounge outside. Great breakfast with a variety of selections. We also enjoyed our dinner there. 5 to 10 minute walk to the downtown area.
