"We’ve stayed here many times over the years, but this recent visit will be our last. The rooms and amenities are showing significant wear; the pool was quite dirty, and non-functional bathroom outlets meant we had to get ready in the kitchen. While the front desk staff remains lovely, the unprofessional attitude of the poolside staff was the final straw. It's disappointing to see a place we once loved fall into such disrepair."
