"The hotel is new, and very busy! The front desk always crowded, still they are kind and helpful. The only issue with my stay was view blocked windows. It is in a great location, walkable and convenient."

"Great place, super clean, quiet, spacious with great guests and professional staff who speak English. Laundry is 500 tenge and there is plenty of space for bicycles. The rooms have AC too. Would recommend 110%"

"The property had an amazing view of the mountains. The location is great as well. Breakfast had lots of options and did change a bit daily so we were not bored. The staff were a bit indifferent and housekeeping was bare minimum."
