" If you are Sharing a room with other people there is no privacy from the bathroom.
Do not bother getting a partial ocean view, definitely not worth it. The staff are not friendly.

"It was affordable, very clean and efforts were always being made to maintain the property. Food was mediocre, but there were lots of choices which made up for it. Male bar staff by the pool were not super helpful/ or approachable , but female staff around the pool, on the beach and in housekeeping worked so hard and were nothing short of wonderful. Rosio and Fabi ans well as Abigail in cleaning were exceptional and were a big part of why I feel positively about the resort. "
"We booked a room called Junior Suite Standard. In pictures showed 2 beds or bed and a foldable sofa bed. We assumed that we can choose. When we arrived for our stay at the check in staff said we can only get the one with foldable sofa bed. After we arrived in our room foldable sofa was rusted, none functional. No sheets were given for it either. I tried to set it up and it was broken. We managed to get by during our stay. Was a bit disappointed since we specified it’s for 2 adults and 2 kids.
Over all we loved our stay and enjoyed everything els. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Food was amazing. Drinks were great. To be honest i would give it 5 star if the bed wasn’t broken. "
"Ocean was blocked by the roof. Pool did not have enough chairs - had to wake at 6 am to get a chair at all. No chairs on the beach. Pool was clean and entertainment staff around the pool were energetic and fun"

Place is very busy. Beach was nice. View beautiful. Check in was my least favorite. Supposedly got an upgrade but my accommodations were not all an up grade.
The cleaning staff does a great job. Staff is always busy and seem to like their jobs. The food amazing! Real chocolate!"
