"Overall a good stay, though it fell just short of excellent. The staff were friendly across nearly every interaction, and the property itself was well-maintained and spotless.
A few things kept it from being a true standout. In the first 24 hours, we waited over an hour for food at one of the on-site restaurants, and a room service order we placed never arrived at all. There was also significant construction happening on the property, with heavy machinery generating a lot of noise throughout our stay. One other thing worth flagging: make sure you familiarize yourself with each restaurant's operating hours and dress code requirements ahead of time — it's not always clearly communicated, and it can catch you off guard at meal time.
The bones of a great resort are here — friendly team, clean property — but the service hiccups, active construction, and restaurant logistics are worth knowing about before you book."
