"The property was beautiful! Abundant wildlife, it was amusing to watch the monkeys on the trails, trees and balconies 🤗 the pools were big enough for all of the guests remember to put your towels down early if you want a chair! Same with the beach. There is a lot of walking Moses was great he picked us up a few times in a cart.
The pillows were not comfortable! The cots are more comfortable than the pull out couch. The food was what you would expect at an all inclusive plentiful and fresh but my granddaughter said bland.
Xcaret was great we got the unlimited pass and went to the park all but one day."

"This is a party hotel. If you are looking for peace and quiet, go somewhere else. The people in the next room were hollering and partying at all hours of the day and night. I could also smell their marijuana. The food: Although I prefer the buffet because one can try different things, the quality of the food is not great. Furthermore, the view of "el arco" is spectacular but this time there were multiple cruise ships parked right in front of it. "

Rooms were very spacious and clean all the time. The entire staff we dealt with were second to none.
Cons:
Food- 95% buffet and all of the restaurants served the same food, every single night. Very little taste to anything outside of the easy taco. We finally left the property to have dinner one night because we could not handle the same things another night.
Pool side service- There is none so expect to wait on yourself.
Overall the resort is really big with a lot of people, so if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation this is not your resort. Our entire family said we would not go back because of the food, size and crowds. Like I said the staff was amazing and the room was always clean. "

"The lazy river was wonderful. Would recommend to bring your own small floats as the ones that are provided can be hard to come by. Service was excellent. Didn’t have a bad meal the entire visit. Would definitely go back. "
"Breakfast menu was pretty good. Lunch buffet was okay, dinner buffet was the worst of the 3 meals. Restaurants were great, but closed very early. Buffet should also remain open longer. Room was in good condition and they cleaned it every day. Best shower we ever used. Respect to the housekeepers who were staffed 24/7. Overall, good drinks, great beach and pools, and nice ocean views. Very friendly and helpful staff. "
