Sunscape Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Spa by Hyatt
10/10 Excellent
"Sunscape is a beautiful hotel with an outstanding staff
The food was good, especially the breakfast buffet at Ventanas and the Italian themed restaurant.
The day and night entertainment was really fun, far better than we expected.
I would say the only suggestion would be to improve the activities for tween kids. My 10 and 12 year old boys were too young for the teen club, but way too old for the kids club. They fell into a bit of a gap. They had a great time finding and playing with kids at the pool and beach."
Excellence Riviera Cancun - Adults Only All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"From beginning to end. Best customer service a mile. Pools super clean and lazy river around the property. 8 different restaurants to choose from. jr suite very clean and confortable bed. The best all inclusive for adults only. "
"Pool was clean and there was fun activities for kids. Nice big rooms that were clean and well maintained. Food was pretty good all around. If you have a good sensitivity you need to let them know and you'll receive a card to show at the restaurant."
"The rooms are slightly aged and it showed. The room jacuzzi tub is pointless as it would take a year to fill. There is a lot of upsale on sight including in the restaurants. The stake house was not great pumped the air with liquid smoke smell and everything on the menu had liquid smoke on it. The Mexican and Italian Restaurant was okay. "
