"Had a great time with my wife and young kids. Resort is very clean and looks great. They cleaned our rooms quickly. Not overly huge so walking around resort was good. All the restaurants and stuff was inside so that was nice. Couple things we found that when we were there that weren’t optimal…… buffet was only breakfast and dinner. Although the buffet area is big, the selection wasn’t big. Sometimes the restaurant waits were over an hour long, even if you got there when it opened. The kids pool doesn’t allow us adults to bring our drinks in which we found odd. Good luck getting a towel. Even though they issue towel cards, it took my 3 days to finally get one. The infinity pool on the beach side was great, but the swim up bar that was advertised was never open. And the two bars by the pool would only have one bartender at each one so drink waits were a bit. All in all it was a good stay, but i am probably looking at another resort for my next vacation."
"From the Location to the commons areas this is a 5star hotel, staff, food, amenities, cleanliness, restaurants, the beach, kids water park…. Everything was amazing fabulous and I can continue for 2 pages about how everything is perfect in this resort…Thank you All the staff and people that contributed to make this vacations into memorable time. We will be back and will share our experience we all our families and friends. "
"The property was nice. The room was smaller than we was expected. There were not much activities for kids 9 and 10 years old to do there besides swimming. The food was great at the buffet. We have no luck to have reservations 4 restaurants any before 9 pm. We wish staff services at restaurants and around the pool more attentive like pick up empty plates, taking orders for drinks. One time we asked 3 times for water. But we went spring break the resort fill up with people. Maybe overload. Overall, we have good time "
