We stayed here for 3 nights and had the best time, it's about a 5-10 min walk to the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, we got up around 5:30am-6am and their were no crowds, we were able to catch the sunset as well, we took so many pictures, it was absolutely beautiful. "Tradition ancient Kyoto-style house in great location. Parking space right outside the house. Spacious living room and bedroom. Well equipped kitchen with tableware, cookware and seasonings. Narrow and slanting staircase to 2F so must be very careful when walking up and down."
