"This hotel is in a great location in midtown. Close enough to walk to Times Square and Rockefeller. The room was small but cozy and quiet. A couple of the elevators were out of service, so getting to and from the lobby took time. I mistakenly left a few things in a drawer when we checked out. I notified them and came back later to retrieve everything, including a $100 gift card. Very much appreciated!"
