"Beautiful historic "home". Loads of thoughtful touches and amazing hosts. The pool was so wonderful and warm it was like an oversized hot tub. Breakfast was amazing! The location was easy to find and felt very safe. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next couples getaway. "

"Gulf Siesta was a perfect alternative to overpriced hotels on Galveston island. The apartments were clean and included all the amenities to feel at home. You're just a few blocks away from the seawall, so you're close to all the hotspots without the crowd. The complex is well lit at night and the owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. My family and I are planning to stay again this Summer. "

"We arrived for check-in and were greeted by the manager. She showed us the details of the room like the airco/heater. Our room was clean, beautiful, charming, and filled with antiques. It was like staying at a wealthy uncle and aunt's house. I thought a lot about the history of the house and wondered who might have been to parties there a hundred years ago. The neighborhood was quiet, and pretty close to the Strand and the beach. We'd definitely stay there again. "
