Shifting the onus onto guests for dealing with parking is management's admission that they lack imagination to come up with a workable solution to this problem. That flies in the face of industry perception where the public assumes parking is included as part of the guest fee, or as an add on feature handled by the hotel for an added fee. Be creative!
