"Overall, this is a great hotel to stay in, with a great location, awesome views, great staff, and very good value.
The view is so beautiful. The sandy beach is pretty and fun, though not that suitable for swimming. The pools are of a good size with an infinity edge. You can also use the pools and Splash World at RIU Santa Fe next door.
We like the buffet restaurants more than the specialty ones. They have a great selection of food. The wait staff is attentive and so friendly, with special shoutouts to Maricela and Raul. The lounge upstairs has awesome views.
We had a couple of issues with the bathroom sink and the blanket, which were sorted out quickly after I sent requests through the RIU app."
Sunscape Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Spa by Hyatt
10/10 Excellent
"Very family friendly! Staff were kind and helpful. We especially loved everyone in the restaurants and pool area. Jaime and Hector went above and beyond for our family at the buffet restaurant! Rooms were clean, bathrooms were as well. Housekeeping was quick and efficient. Pool area is perfectly sized for a small family resort. Not a thing I would change about our time at Sunscape. Can’t wait to come back again! Don’t forget to visit the man at the omelette station every morning. He’s the best!!"
Temptation Cancun Resort All Inclusive - Adults Only
8/10 Good
"Did was delicious in all restaurants. The beach view is beautiful but there is a lot of seaweed. Bring your cup and straw if you want to keep your drinks cold and like to use a straw. Wait staff is always attentive. There is no one who serves the beach area. You have to go to the pool area to get drinks. The room was cleaned every day but my fridge wasn't filled every day."
"The rooms were very nicely built, housekeeping was great, the pools and all other amenities were excellent. The food was good too, many options to choose from!
Overall wonderful place to stay!"
