They exceeded my expectations, the hotel itself is beautiful and it makes you feel super relaxed. The staff is super kind, the room was big and nicely decorated. I got a massage in my room with Lulú and it was amazing.

It is very safe to stay in this hotel, and super closed to the airport.

Great property, it has a heated pool & jacuzzi. A gum, cafe and restaurant. They have free airport shuttle. The rooms are big and clean. Only issue/complaint is that there's no fridge in the rooms and trying to get a bucket of ice is soo hard. Besides that the place is great. It's not in a great neighborhood so be cautious but it's only a 20-30mins Uber ride to Roma Norte, Zócalo, etc.. .. but I will say do not wear jewelry in Mexico sadly I was mugged on my second day of my trip but besides...

Always clean and nice customer service.

Very nice, small hotel (6 rooms, that backs up to a golf course. Owners very involved with the guests as well as very lovely people. Breakfast is great. Staff extremely accommodating. All at very good prices compared with the larger hotels in the zone.

We enjoyed our stay and couldn't have picked a better spot! We walked everywhere and the area was safe. The only thing we didn't like was breakfast- there are better places around for breakfast if you are vegetarian or vegan.

Great location. The accommodations were super and service was excellent. The bar tender Michelle was wonderful and provided us with great information of the local area and amenities.

It's a great property. It's a little bit off the beaten path. Ubers are pretty cheap from here. If you have done an all inclusive and are ready to step out a little bit into more of a real Mexico vibe without having to worry about safety concerns and the hustle of PV this is probably your place.

Habanero was closed, so that was a bit disappointing. But Jorge, who manages the fresh margarita stand, always greeted us with a smile and made the best kiwi margarita! Definitely would comeback for him:)

Absolutely beautiful property. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The area is in the most beautiful and safe part of Mexico City. My only complaint about this hotel was that despite the high nightly price, they still try to get you to “upgrade” your room and pay a even higher nightly fee to get a room with a view, breakfast, and access to their rooftop lounge that is not available to all guests without this upgrade or an access fee. Overall great experience though

Hotel is in a new upscale marina area with lovely view. Very quiet and secure with an entrance in lobby allowing you to walk straight to probably the nicest mall in Cancun with many nice restaurants.

The room we had was big with kitchen, living room with 50" tv and king size bed with 50" tv. Air conditioner. The restaurant food was great and the room service was great! The staff at the check in could be little more professional. I drop off my laundry (front desk) Wednesday afternoon didn't get it back until Thursday night at 10pm. They didn't tell me why it took so long. I think they forgot about the laundry and one of the staff saw it the next day on the floor and sent it out to get it...

Staff throughout is exceptional friendly and always tending to guests needs, in all areas of the property. This property is great for a short executive stay if you’re in town for business, or if you’re planning to stay in town for a few days.

Staff was awesome Property is clean Food is too pricey for the bad quality of it.
