"The propperty is great with wonderful amenities and well maintained facilities. The biggest drawback is the attitude of the front desk staff. They were not helpful and bordering on rude. They were not very competent with English and did not seem interested in helping. This impacted the overall experience."
"Really nice property located right next to the beach. The property is clean and modern and we even came back to stay there at the end of our Da Nang trip. Only thing that the hotel should consider is adding more elevators as 3 is not enough for such a big hotel."
