"The staff were amazing. There is construction on the exterior of the building for the “inside” rooms so be aware. It did not affect me as it is only from 9:30 am until 5:00 pm and I was not in my room during this time. The beds are plush the amenities are very nice, much better than I have seen lately at most hotels. Attention to detail is definitely something they pride themselves in. I will definitely stay here again."

"Great location near Times Square. We visited during the Christmas holiday, and it was the perfect place to stay—just steps away from Rockefeller Center. We got a perfect view of the city, which made our stay even more special. The hotel is clean and beautiful, with excellent customer service. We also loved that dogs are allowed at no extra cost. We truly found a gem in the heart of Times Square and will definitely book this hotel again in the future. ✨🏙️🐾"

"Room was large by NYC standards. Tons of amenities like deodorant, brush, lint roller etc. Nespresso in room. Located next to the NYC public library where you can see the original Winnie the Pooh. Convenient location. Subway entrance at the end of the block. 5 min walk to broadway."

"Beautiful, spacious rooms with cozy bedding and full kitchens. Location is centric to times square, rockefeller and grand central. Front desk staff was accesible and friendly, no one stands out any more than the rest; they were all excellent!"

"The Westin Times Square was a great location in midtown. Walking distance to all the great shows. Great service, clean, fairly quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again if I wanted to be in the hustle and bustle of Broadway."

"This was our hub for my 9 year old’s first trip to the city. From here we were able to walk easily to the Empire State Building, Times Square, Grand Central Station, the Public Library & Bryant Park, Rockefeller Plaza, and the Lego Store! We also had easy access to the B/D subway to head up to Columbus Circle and visit Central Park. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and dinner and breakfast at Serafina was wonderful as well. Highly recommended by father AND son!"
