"In my previous reviews I LOVE THE JEWEL! Have always stayed there when traveling to NYC. Had a doctor appt who left Philadelphia. I told her how much I loved The Jewel. She has patients from Philadelphia that need to stay in NCY. Hoping she gives EVERYONE THE REFERRAL. So much to enjoy, location, customer service, fabulous Cappuchino machine on the 2nd floor, fitness center (small, but doable) on the 5th floor, and my recent stay she gave me #802. THIS IS MY ALL TIME FAVORITE WITH THE TWO...

"What a gem in the perfect spot in midtown. The staff were exceptional and breakfast was delicious and freshly made easy items to start out a fun day of exploring nearby hot spots! Blocks away from Times Square, Bryant Park and 5th Avenue favourites. My family loved the spot and the quiet block it was on in comparison to many busy streets surrounding it. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Loved this hotel! It was right around the corner from Time Square and a few blocks from the theater where our show was. We didn't realize it, but we were just about one block from the diamond district and we'd always wanted to see that. Centrally located to be to 5th ave etc within minutes, too. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. They let us check in early and always great to be able to check luggage at the bell services. I highly recommend!"

"Been here many times. Why ? Large standard king room, 450 sq ft & its location. Best in Manhattan for size of room, luxury for theatre & museums. One block to subway. Easy to Moynahan Hall/Penn. Very good restaurants near by. "

"The LOCATION is excellent! Very close to Rockefeller Plaza, Radio City Music Hall, Times Square, and Broadway Theatres. Additionally, there are multiple subway stations within less than a block from the hotel. We took advantage of the kitchen, and ate most meals in the room, but there are many restaurant options within steps. There is also a grocery store about a block and a half from the hotel.
