Very clean, cute little place at the end of a cul-de-sac that backs up to a forested area. Easy to follow check in instructions, super friendly and helpful staff. Nice sized room, everything in good working order. Again, super clean. Great value, definitely a great visit.

We absolutely love the hotel. The Area. The church. Everything was perfect. I’m a proud Puerto Rican this trip was everything. Thank you El Convento we look forward to coming back soon.

My husband, son and I spent the night prior to our cruise the next day. Property was clean and located very conveniently to restaurants. Staff were friendly and assisted us with finding transportation to cruise port.

They have this ridiculous policy not to let Uber come to the lobby. Am I supposed to walk to the streets under the unbearable sun to get my ride? They gave the nice Uber lady a really hard time, and threatened to fine her $500. I told them I had requested she pick me up there but they were not listening. Everything in the hotel is nice but they need to stop harassing the Uber drivers. They are only trying to earn a living and their service is much superior to the local taxi .

Great place to stay. Friendly staff. Centrally located. I would recommend it to anyone. I appreciate the staff helping us and being straightforward with us about the water situation.

My husband and I enjoyed ourselves. Axel and the other coworkers, staff are absolutely amazing. They are always smiling and ready to guide assist etc. Definitely worth coming back to stay and visit. We will be recommending to friends and family for sure. Gives you apartment studio vibes. The restaurant next door tutti bene delicious we had it twice, two times in a row & the good truck in the corner Yaya yummy. You’ll love it.

Very modern 2 bedroom with comfortable beds. Great downtown location close to everything. Staff were professional and great to work with.

I always try to book when I’m going to attend a concert in the “Choli” because of the location. It’s cozy and clean which is super important to me. Very much recommended.

Truly a lovely place for those of the Senior group. Was close to the beach. With several stores to shop for wants and necessities. Wonderful dining areas and finding most folk to be kind and friendly. Only wish the Pool was a bit larger especially for one like myself somewhat prohibited in my moving which made me a bit uncomfortable with attempting to go in. Otherwise, things were wonderful and, will come back again. Thank you for your extreme kindness and help throughout my stay.

Hotel Milano is placed in a great area, me and my mate was able to walk to pretty much everything, food, shopping, bars, and local convenience stores. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were even given complimentary umbrella for the rain. I really appreciate the hospitality, I would definitely recommend others to stay here. I felt safe and everyone in the area was very welcoming.

Looking for a local hotel, instead of the "tourist" traps in VSJ? One that is literally right on the beach? And has a bar, grill and views of the ocean on BOTH sides? Say no more. Found this place while on the plane on an impromptu, last-minute, mind-clearing weekend trip and couldn't have been more relaxed. Not busy. Not full of tourists like VSJ. Not pretentious.
