"Handy location and helpful staff. Only a few minutes walk into town and had parking (for a fee). Booked a deluxe double, but unsure what made it any different to a standard room. Was basic with a view of a small building's roof. Large brown stain on the duvet which we told reception about, who came to inspect. Was provided with a new duvet cover that we had to fit ourselves. Reception and entrace were lovely so expected a little more from the room itself, but did the job for one night which is...

Very clean and comfortable. Restaurants, Sainsbury’s, Tesco Express on doorstep plus Cinema 5 minute walk. Sea Life, Legoland 10 minute walk. Nice area and peaceful. Would recommend and would stay again."
