"Guy works in the reception. He’s a scammer. I book this through Expedia. I paid a full amount included alll taxes. and he asked me additional money for municipal tax purposes. He has an unofficial bunch of fake paper, he showed me and asked me money first I refused to pay he said you can’t stay unless I pay. Expedia says free drink when you come in when I asked dad he said no drink. "

"The Almina restaurant is amazing & we enjoyed breakfast & dinner. The staff, Jesus & Emily & Dena were very helpful & friendly at all times. Pool was perfect temperature & the housekeepers were friendly & efficient. Absolutely loved the location & the proximity to the Belize ferry. Will return next year for sure!!!!!"
