"The location was outstanding for our needs near Central Park, and near the subway to get to our Broadway show. The service was very friendly and responsive to our needs. Our room, however, was better suited for a single traveler, and the biggest issue was a very soft mattress that neither one of us slept well on. "

Easy to find, next to Presbyterian Hospital, simple, clean, quiet and very comfortable. Very basic, but everything I want for a 1-2 day visit : comfy Queen bed, large shower with power & truly hot water, good reception on the large screen TV, quiet and calm day & night (on a Saturday !), good elevators… My only...

"There’s a great vibe here—easy going and comfort with style. The staff was friendly and helpful, even over the phone. Coffee and snacks at $3-4 each made the mornings great. NYC tourists are near a 1 train at 181st to head straight downtown with the bonus of but a diverse neighborhood and nearby parks and waterfront. A king suite was a perfect fit for a family of three with older child, plus had a stellar uptown view. "
