"The air conditioning was nice and cold, the pool was great with good service, I like the vibe of the whole property and felt like we didn't need to leave. All the staff were great. No daily cleaning of the rooms though."

"Facility was decent and mostly clean (although the garbage in our kitchen area had not been taken out from the previous guests. "

"Everything was great but our flight was canceled and rescheduled for the next day. I am disappointed that we had to pay for a night that we didnt get to stay due to something out of our control. We were flying from WI to AZ so it wasnt like we could by pass the flight and just drive to the hotel."

"A person was able to open our door while we were asleep in the middle of the night. Cockroaches alive and smashed to the wall. Stains on couch (regular brown and a red unidentified stain), stain on pull out bed sheet and mattress (brown), no blankets or top sheet for pull out bed. Listed as queen beds (family suite) really fulls. One towel in each bathroom. No dishes and silverware, one cooking utensil. Bathroom doors couldn't be closed all the way for privacy. Doors on bedroom where glass, motion light kept waking sleeping child and couldn't be deactivated. Exposed lighting wires in the ceiling."
