"The room was nice but the carpet was gross ! Like years of caked on dirt and filt and the bathtub was gross! It was like they painted it white and it was chipping off and still gross . But the pools was very impressive ! The staff didn’t speak English . So it was hard to borrow a broom "

We also did not receive housekeeping regularly (we had not opted out) except once by special request when they had not been by for two days. We were a family of four, and all we wanted was a refreshed room and to relax by the pool, neither of which happened."
