"The place is clean with tiny shower. I hate the check-in process and the time (10am out, 3pm in which is cheating). I like the surrounding area with many restaurants. It's not English's friendly area, btw. The area is clean. I did not see any roach after 3 days when 1 sneaked under the broken door seal (I killed it so it's safe now:)"

The hotel is a bit far from the JR stations (about a 10 minute walk to Shimbashi or Hamamatsucho), a bit closer to both Daimon and especially Onarimon. Laundry machines on site, but require purchase of detergent from front desk for 50 yen."

"Room as described. It's really small, but extremely well equipped. The chef was kind enough to accommodate our vegetarian diet requests and made one of the best soups we've ever had. Washer dryer use present on the property, but it's not so efficient. 5-7 min walk from Shimbashi station, making it a very convenient spot. If you want to stay awake from Shibuya, Shinjuku, this is a very good option."
