"Very nice location, literally 5 minutes from Kyoto central station. Good sound proofing. Friendly staff, restaurant downstairs, convenience store on the corner of the street. The room was somewhat smaller than I thought, but it was perfect size for a single traveler. I am happy that I stayed there."

Service was fantastic really welcoming and helpful when looking after bags after checkout. Rooms were quiet even in a busier area and great to have option on public baths too if that's your thing. Good location short walk into central Kyoto and loved the premium feel of this stay. "
