"Didn’t partake in the business facilities. Rooms were clean for sure. There were paint chips and paint drippings constantly on the deck. Staff overall weren’t very friendly or accommodating. Didn’t park although there did seem to be lots of cars on the up and down ramp the whole time we were there. The road in and out was in terrible condition. There was not enough staff and lineups absolutely everywhere we went. Which is why I think the staff weren’t overly friendly. They were overworked and under-appreciated. "

"Not happy with the amenities. line up for buffets, swimming pools prebooking chairs, & pay booths. Apart from limted pools, payfor shelter is showing not all inclusive. Not happy at all"

"Ok we were there for 5 days. Cassandra did a great job cleaning the room everyday. Oscar and Christian were always there to assist with anything we needed. We had the Bali bed #10 for a few days and Maria did an amazing job catering to us!! Restaurants: Fank and Lola's Quality of the food 8.5 or of ten Quantity, I would say if your Hungry, definitely order 2 of everything. Pizza is actually really good. Highly recommend. JWB steakhouse Quality of food 10 out of 10. Now I must admit, the both nights we ate there, I ordered off of the "extra menu". First night we had the dry aged ribeye and a Tommy (what I call tomahawks). They were delicious, high quality cut. The second night I had the filet mignon and again phenomenal. Tequila quality 2/10(house tequila). We bought 2 really nice bottles at the steak house which we carried with us during the pool days which Maria made our mix drinks with. Staff I honestly can't say anything bad about the staff and bartenders. Always ready to help and always kept the good vibes going. Spa and gym Wendy has magic hands, highly recommended Gym has everything you need to keep up with your gains! They only have one party spot at night and we had a blast every night. They do need to do some maintenance on their pool table, it's seen better days. Overall we had a amazing time, I would definitely recommend"

"Great location, great food, great drinks and great service! Sophia, Eric and Ivan kept the activities fun and were entertaining all day, we loved the cocktail class, pool volleyball and my girlfriend loved the water aerobics, Will absolutely be coming back!"

"Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The staff was excellent, and the food was good/very good. There were a lot of options for food. There were different options for pools, e.g. active pool area with music and swim-up bar near the beach and quieter options with poolside service near the back of the property. We also used the gym, which was small but nice and clean. The room was spacious and nice; you could see some wear on the property, but nothing to complain about. The staff works hard to maintain the property, and it is very clean. We had one of the ground floor, swim-up rooms, which we really enjoyed. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend!"

"This resort is top tier! A fault cannot be found, from the rooms set up, food, the staff are beyond remarkable. The entire resort is beautifully laid out and well kept. I booked through Expedia and my entire stay was managed by an Expedia guest group who made every effort to fill every request I had. I stayed with my daughter and there were many kid friendly activities while I could surely see adults who were down to party were also fully satisfied. I’d 100% recommend to any and everyone!!!"

"Overall, the hotel is beautiful, clean, and feels very safe. The facilities are well maintained, and everything looks amazing. However, the customer service for the rooms was very disappointing. Staff would knock on the door constantly without respect for privacy, which made it hard to relax. The biggest issue was with the “unlimited restaurants.” During my 4-day stay, I tried to book more than 5 different restaurants, and none ever had availability. It felt like they were offering something that guests can’t actually use. The noise level was also a problem—you can’t really sleep peacefully. Room service was extremely slow. I had to call more than 5 times just to get blankets, and it still took hours for them to arrive. In summary, while the hotel is clean and visually beautiful, the service and overall experience need serious improvement."

"For the price I paid it was so well done. The room was very clean n functionable, staff are so friendly and the location is close to other food amenities. For the price I paid we were able to get so much value: warm outdoor pool, breakfast, airport shuttle, room is very clean and spacious and friendly staff. 5 stars all the way"
