"overall by a poor experience at this hotel, I think the staff Ben the real letdown very unhelpful in all my engagements with them, hotel in generally poor condition"
"Staff were not friendly and we felt uncomfortable at check-in and asking questions during our 2 night stay. Buffet breakfast was good.
We knew it was an Ibis budget hotel but there is no privacy for anyone in the room to go to the bathroom or shower. Barely enough room for carry-on sized luggage. I would not recommend for anyone travelling with full sized luggage."
"I was greeted warmly at the front desk and advised that I had received a room upgrade! Our room was clean and spacious with a fridge and a small balcony. The bed was very comfortable too. Self-parking was easy with access to the hotel via a lift. We were centrally located in Locarno and close to the waterfront walkway which made for a pleasant evening walk. We were offered a 10% off coupon for breakfast but did not end up using it. Friendly hotel - we would definitely stay there again!"
"Beautiful hotel. Classic design. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were great. Our shower leaked and they moved us rooms without question. The included breakfast was quite good. The restaurant was spendy, but food was good and amazing view. They do offer a shuttle into Lugano, but it only runs every two hours. The staff were all very mind. Would rate overall experience 4/5 "

Views and spa facilities were incredible. Couldn’t recommend enough.
I am gluten free and only had to tell the restaurant once. The next day they remembered, freshly made gluten free bread every day. Gluten free nibbles with drinks. Perfect. Massive shout out and thank you to Luca P who made our last meal so special. Very attentive and attention to deal was second to none. Thank you Kurhaus for the most amazing stay. "
"Our room overlooked the Lake...Room was wonderful with a great bathroom and extremely clean.Breakfast was plentiful with so many choices.Location was perfect as the Promenade was right across the street from the Hotel.Centrally located as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

"Easy Parking right next to the hotel. Friendly staff. The free coffee and tea in reception was a bonus, as were the croissants in the morning. Very comfortable bed. "
