If you want to see a show while you're in town, Grand Ole Opry in Opryland should be top of your list. If you enjoy the show and want to see another, Texas Troubadour Theatre and Larry Keeton Theater are both not far.
If you want to give your credit card some exercise, head out to Broadway, a popular place for shoppers in Downtown Nashville. Splash some more cash at Fifth + Broadway, Tootsies Orchid Lounge, and Capitol View.
Take a campus tour or just explore the area around Vanderbilt University, a top university in Nashville. Attend a sporting event or simply enjoy the lively bars while you're in the area.
"The room was awesome. Was given an upgrade to 11th floor as complimentary. Beautiful views of downtown Nashville. My husband did not like that he couldn’t park his own vehicle. Had to use valet. But I thought it was safer. And the guy parked away from other vehicles to make my husband feel better! Very nice staff! Loved the restaurant!"

"Over all great hotel for the price and a great location right next to the airport. Our room had a faint smell of cigarette smoke or something similar and we were moved to another room that had no smell. We would definitely stay here again, though. Excellent staff as well. Celly was very friendly and helpful and welcoming. "
"This was the perfect little getaway. We did not even have to leave the facilities if we didn’t want to they had everything and although we had our 20 month old granddaughter, she had a blast playing and hopping in the water and if we would’ve had a 15 year-old and anywhere in between they would’ve had a blast Much better than what we had expected. We highly recommend. "
"We had a great stay, my favorite thing was most definitely the free massage chairs in the lobby, the breakfast was amazing also. I would suggest having more options on the made to order omelet station such as mushroom, and spinach, and fruit compote, chocolate chips and whip cream for the waffles would put it over the top but it was really nice to have a hot breakfast to fill you up and really not having to need lunch during your day. The only issue we had was the fridge in our room was musty smelling and leaked water, after telling the front desk, they said they would send someone up but never saw anybody, it wasn’t a big deal as we weren’t there for that long of a stay thankfully. Location was key and staff was very kind always saying Goid Morning. Definitely would stay again!"

"The views are absolutely amazing that was worth the price. I feel like the room was worth half and the view was worth half. The hotel is still in very good condition they keep it as clean as they can but it is definitely starting to show it's where and will be in need of an update. I think the carpets the worst part they need the vinyl flooring.
But everybody was nice like I said the cleaning crew does a great job it's just a well traveled older building but the view was absolutely spectacular.
I would definitely stay here again!!"
