"I really loved my stay at The Windsor Suites in Philadelphia. The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The whole place was spotless, and our room was way bigger than we expected seriously great value for what we paid. The vibe throughout the hotel felt great too relaxed but professional.
The location was perfect. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance, so we barely had to use the car the entire trip.
The only downside was the air conditioning system. It seems like it’s a two-way system that only blows hot or cold depending on the outside temperature, so since it was a bit colder out, it only blew warm air. We like the room cooler, so we had to crack the window open to sleep comfortably the first night.
Other than that, everything was amazing. Beautiful room, great location, awesome staff, and overall an excellent stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Philly!"
"Everything was great except whatever you do, do not use SP+ Parking Garage across the street. Incredibly manipulative, lied to our face, and then got hostile when we questioned the $72 price. We stayed at the hotel for one night, and were told parking would be $47 for one night if we stayed at the hotel. "
"Welcoming staff was not welcoming nor were there managers at the desk at all times for questions or needs. There were no smiles. They seemed to be doing us a favor to register us."
