"Going off the Ryan Walker format:
Ambiance - had construction going on around the building maybe in near by spaces. Not a bit deal. Youthful staff, they had good energy. 6.5
Room - Real small, as a 6’4 person, your legs will hang off the bed. The shower curtains don’t go down to the floor, so you will have a pool of water outside of the shower. Still clean and has good views of the city. 5.7
Dining - I saw they had a bar but I didn’t partake in it so I won’t review that piece. N/a/10
Service - New York has exceptional customer serious. Staff was amazing and felt like they cared. 9.8/10
It-Factor - there’s nothing to really write about here. I was a 10min walk from Time Square, but that’s about it. The views are good on a higher level like I was. 4/10
26/40 excluding the dining.

"Nice location, close to Time Square, so it can get noisy at night. No coffee maker and no cups in the room, you have to request it.
hotel can use a little TLC"
"Not a bad hotel the area around the hotel has a lot of the unhoused hanging right outside of the hotel. The hotel is close to Penn station and times square if you are going to shows on Broadway it is close too. Rooms are tight, but you don't feel unsecure in the area"
"It has a great location off Times Square but it is not very well up kept. Outlets are falling off the walls, landline does not work had to use my cell phone to call front desk, TV did not work maintenance came to fix. Also no AC n it was hot when we first got here. Apparently AC only during a certain season n people who were suppose to fix the phone and adjust temp in room never came. "
