"Had an excellent stay at Cross Hotel Kyoto—easily a 5-star experience. The location is hard to beat, right near Kawaramachi and within walking distance to Gion, Nishiki Market, and tons of great খাব and shopping spots. It made exploring Kyoto incredibly convenient.
The rooms were modern, clean, and surprisingly spacious for Japan. The bed was super comfortable, and the little details—like the high-quality toiletries and thoughtful layout—made a big difference after long days of walking around the city.
Service was top-notch. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with directions, recommendations, or anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick.
The hotel itself has a stylish, relaxed vibe, and everything felt well-maintained and high-end without being over-the-top. Overall, Cross Hotel Kyoto is a perfect mix of comfort, location, and service. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto."
"in true Japanese character, the hotel was in perfect form from both the staff engagement to the facilities. This is not even taking consideration of the location being significantly convenient being above the train station which in itself for Western standards is well above our expectations."
"We only stayed in Kyoto for a few days, but our experience was smooth overall. Our luggage arrived on time by the time we checked in, which made things convenient. The staff were warm, nice, and friendly throughout our stay. The room itself was decent and came with basic amenities. The location is very convenient, just a few blocks from Kyoto Station, making it easy to get around and access transportation, dining, and shopping options."
"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We stayed in a suite and the room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed and high quality amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the room throughout our visit. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very attentive. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated to major attractions. I would definitely stay here again if I visited Kyoto again. "
