"We always stay at this hotel in Hangzhou as it has good western breakfast and the hotel keeps up to date and well priced. Very well located in the shopping area of Hangzhou and in front of a metro station."
"This hotel is much better than i expected. Check in is 12pm and check out is 2pm which gives convenience to early arrival or late check out people. The location is very convenient to almost everything. It is an AI hotel but the front desk staff were very kind and helpful, especially Mr Li (李俏俊)who did above and beyound; he was very patient for all my questions and did his best to help us whenever we need. Overall, my experience in this hotel exceeded my expectation. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Hangzhou again."
"Centrally located but a bit dated. The lobby and lift were quite far apart having to go through corridors. Much more expensive compared to local hotel chains. Breakfast was not as good as the same hotel chain in other cities."
"Great location next to the West Lake and Hefang Street. Staff are so respectful and nice, they always stand up to greet you when you come in/out. Rooms are impressive and high tech. The only downside in my opinion is that they don't offer breakfast. Would definitely recommend!"
"Great location, very modern, great amenities- my second or third stay here. A lively area 12 min walk from west lake and shopping ; clubs & restaurants right across the road - some rooms hear the music all night long so light sleepers may request a back side room. "
"Room was clean and well kept. However, the practice of switching off the aircon ( from 230am to 9am) was not acceptable at the time at end of April where the room temperature for sun-facing room to increase to 27 degree at 640 am causing profound discomfort. Had been awoken at such timing due to the heat. The hotel did nothing despite the feedback."
