El hotel es MUY antiguo y le hace mucha falta mantenimiento en general, desde que llegué hubo detalles con mi reservación, hice y pagué una reserva para 3 adultos y me dieron una habitación con una sola cama, después se ofrecieron a poner una cama extra. Los teléfonos no servían y el aire acondicionado era imposible de ajustar. Nos hicieron un cambio de habitación para tratar de compensar las fallas, lo cual agradezco pero con que cumplieran con mi reserva habría sido suficiente. Las toallas y la ropa de cama estaban en muy mal estado en general. Las toallas para playa se acababan a las pocas horas de estar disponibles y no volvían a estar disponibles el resto de el día. Lo mejor de este hotel es el área de playa y la increíble vista al mar.

El servicio es PÉSIMO no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto, todos parecen que están de malas excepto los que te ayudan con tu equipaje y animadores, de ahí en fuera súper groseros, no hay variedad de comida y la mayoría no está rica, las instalaciones están súper viejas, cero mantenimiento, la playa con la que cuentan súper sucia sinceramente no volveré, nada que ver con las fotografías que muestran.

Great staff and good food don't make up for the old, poorly maintained facility. The staff were amazing. They were enthusiastic and willing to help guests. They had a travel service (Mexico Travel Solutions) on-site - helpful to arrange excursions. MTS was great. The food was good and the waiters were amazing, but the variety promised on the website wasn't there. Many of the on-site restaurants were only open a few days per week or only during limited hours. We never saw one of the restaurants (the creperie) advertized on their website. The facility has issues that need to be fixed. During our stay, only one of the two elevators worked, which led to lengthy wait times to use the elevators. There were buckets and towels catching water leaks on the sixth floor. The outdoor jacuzzi pool was broken. Because the weather and ocean water were colder than normal when we were there, that meant that we didn't get in the water at all. The indoor women's sauna and jacuzzi were broken. The telephone in the room for one of our group members was broken. 24/7 room service is great, but not if you can't order it. There was a grand total of three plugs in our room. So when we arrived from our flight after travelling for 18 hours, we had to prioritized which devices to charge. When we arrived, we had no towels in our room. We asked for towels twice that morning, but did not receive them until six hours later. That was the only exception for the good rating for the staff.

Pros: staff was incredibly nice. Cons: Everything. Food was mediocre, mold everywhere, bugs. Looks like they are just letting the place fall apart. Not just what the other reviews say of old, no this is falling down. Pictures online must be from when they first open. Even the beach, was nice but the chairs are so close and not ideal for beach. Just wouldnt stay here again. If thats how they treat the place, I cant imagine the food sanitation.

Pésima experiencia!

Llegamos y los elevadores no funcionaban (de por sí solo funcionó uno solamente durante toda nuestra estancia). Al llegar a la habitación, estaba abierta porque no cerraba bien, la llave no funcionaba, no teníamos toallas... El segundo día por fin arreglaron la llave y un elevador, otra vez no nos dejaron toallas. Al expresar esto en recepción, me respondieron que estaba teniendo problemas con las toallas porque estaba lleno el hotel. Es All Inclusive, pero si te da hambre de 11:30 a 12:30 o de 5 a 6 te friegas porque no hay ningún centro de consumo abierto, ni el Romm Service aunque dice que es 24 horas. La comida del hotel no es buena. No te dan buen servicio de meseros en el área de la alberca o playa, tenía que ir yo por mis bebidas o snacks. El hotel está en bastantes malas condiciones, le falta mucho mantenimiento y reinversión, está bastante viejo. Expresé mis inconformidades en recepción y solo me cambiaron el tema, NI UNA TRISTE DISCULPA, NADA!!! Un día no tuvimos toallas en la alberca porque se les acabaron. Normalmente no hago este tipo de reseñas porque yo tmb me dedico a prestar servicio al cliente y a veces hacen las reseñas con ganas de fastidiar. Créanme que este no es el casi, estoy siendo lo más objetivo posible.

Leaking roof and ceiling. Broken elevators. Food variety and quality has gone down. Lacking front desk staff. We have stayed here2 other times and it has really gone down. All of the stucco has cracks and missing pieces. There is black mold around the vents in the restaurant. I have pictures I can share. This hotel is not a 3 star hotel and should be downgraded.

I was very disappointed with the hotel facilities, old and rundown, furniture in room was old. The hotel was not a 4-star The room was filthy, and the showers were not clean. One bottle of soap and shampoo for two people. The TV in the room was not working for some days. The telephone was not working. I had to chase housekeepers and the reception team for towels. There was always a long line at reception. Seeing there was one receptionist for a big hotel. We booked tours with the hotel booking company and were told the tour company would pick us up from the hotel and drop us back at the hotel, which was a lair.
