"This was an amazing hotel for the budget. Our family of five was able to share one room (two bedrooms) comfortably. The pool was great for my boys (aged 11, 6 and 4) and we enjoyed breakfast daily. The location was really our only complaint. We love to walk places and there really wasn't anywhere to safely walk, so we ended up taking cabs into town daily. The hotel did offer a shuttle one of the days when it was available. "

"I've been to this property 5 times or more. If I want to stay in a resort in Playa del Carmen, this is the only one I would consider. You are right in town (5th avenue is practically outside the resort) yet it feels like you are in a very natural, almost jungle-ish setting, with a cool vibe and multiple pools and restaurants, and the occasional animal walking by. All other Playa hotels are concrete bunkers by comparison."
