The lounge was a wonderful bonus and breakfast was also good. We used Yamato to send our luggage to our next hotel and the reception staff were very helpful. Location is also very good. "We stayed in Fukuoka, Sasebo, Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo on this trip. This hotel was, by far, the nicest and biggest of all. I’d say it was literally twice as big (if not 2.5 times bigger) than the others. There were three adults and three beds, and there was plenty of space to move around. The bathroom was very spacious with a separate toilet room. Shower and tub area was very large and comfortable. The location was excellent, only about a block or so from the large, covered shopping area. Plenty of places to eat close by. The only issue we had was that there was no ice machine we could access by ourselves. When we wanted ice, we had to go to the front desk and ask for it. They would bring us an ice bucket with ice in it. When the cleaning staff cleaned the room, they would take the ice bucket with them."
