"We stayed for 2 days. Everything was excellent - from the staff to the rooms and amenities. The pyjamas were beautiful and comfortable. The onsen was also nice. The lounge was a wonderful bonus and breakfast was also good. We used Yamato to send our luggage to our next hotel and the reception staff were very helpful. Location is also very good. Walking distance to Gion. I would recommend this place. "

"Absolutely amazing 10/10 stay. If I come back to Kyoto I am coming here. the room was immaculate, great size for Japan. there were loads of amenities, even a public bath house which I didn’t know before booking. The location is great, with good proximity to train stations. there was also a free maiko show and photo opportunity. Finally the staff were incredibly helpful and kind and spoke amazing english."
