"Perfect location so super easy to get around in walking distance to Nishki market and close to the train station. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Rooms were clean and cosy, comfy bed and good aircon to keep the room a nice temperature . Overall a lovely hotel and I would definitely recommend staying here when in Kyoto!"

"The hotel is clean with great service. Amenities were excellent with an onsite Onsen! The stager was beyond friendly and was amazingly helpful with all the bumps we had in our itinerary. They got us cabs when we couldn’t get an Uber anfter 40 mins and called the venue to let them know we were running late! They helped us ship our luggage to Tokyo for the next part of our stay when we couldn’t figure the app out. Everything they did they did with care!!! I highly recommend this hotel!!!"

"The hotel was in a convenient location to commute to attractions like Arashiyama Bamboo Grove (the city bus stop was less than 500m away), Fushimi Inari or Nara Park (train from Sanjo Station). Staff was welcoming and helpful from reception to departure.
