He anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them and was always one step ahead. From securing many dinner reservations with ease to completely making up for a disappointing restaurant experience by arranging a complimentary Bali bed the very next day, Victor handled everything flawlessly. On top of that, he surprised us with a bottle of wine and a beautiful cheese platter waiting in our room—an incredibly thoughtful gesture. He was in constant communication and would greet us in person throughout our stay which made us feel like true VIP guests. Because of Victor, our trip felt personalized, seamless, and incredibly special. He didn’t just assist us, he elevated the entire experience. We will 100% recommend booking through Expedia if this is the level of service they provide. Victor is an absolute standout and a true asset. We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. The property is grand and expansive with lots of great restaurant options. Everything was always very clean, and the rooms were nicely renovated and comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. We highly recommend this resort for families. Kids pools were great!"

"The resort is fabulous, staff really friendly and helpful. The lack of beach area was a disappointment, but the many pool areas were great. Entertainment around the pools was great. Room well maintained. In the kitchen area, food was great and plentiful. An issue with the toaster was frustrating. Bread had to be put through the toaster a number of times."

"Overall an excellent stay. The facilities were very well maintained, the staff were content and happy to serve you. Facility was also very well-staffed. Somebody was always available to help. 24-hr room service was a really nice perk, and the facility itself was massive! So much to explore. "

"We had a room right by the beach bar, a swim out and view of the ocean, so it was perfect. The walk to the Adult pool was not far. The property is very large ! Lots going on all the time! The room was clean and the food was very good. The service at the big pool was slow with so many people there. The adult pool was nice and quiet to read or nap and the service was great! In the restaurants they offered blankets if you were cold. The evenings were chilly!"

"The premises are beautiful, the staff extremely friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and impeccable. Beach was also a plus. The concierge service is excellent and our two assigned concierges, Melissa and Iliana helped us plan the week's meals and activities. They guided us step by step."
