"Where to start, the lack of staff during a Memorial Day weekend was inexcusable.
One person at the coffee shop (Starbucks) and one person at the bar. Other than housekeeping, the staff were not friendly or seemed to lack interest in their job. The casino payout was awful and when you did hit, it took the staff a long time to respond. This is a resort ran like a small town hotel. Very strict regulations regarding what beverages or food could be brought into the hotel. Resort prices with Motel 6 service. Extremely disappointed."
