"Very beautiful view from the hotel room, very comfortable spacious room, staff was absolutely fantastic at the front desk, only thing was that I found a little strange you could actually see into the other person’s room that was connected next to you from a little window in the corner of the room next to the other rooms balcony. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay"
"Excellent location with lots of dining options within a couple blocks and a 10-minute walk to the CN Tower. The room was decent. Could use a night light in the bathroom. If you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, your only options are either pitch blackness or every light in the bathroom. Despite a lot of people staying there, the elevators were quick and usually empty. They have a breakfast buffet (included, free), but we found the food quality to be inconsistent over our three meals. One morning the scrambled eggs were delicious, the next they had the texture of styrofoam. One morning the pork sausage was so undercooked as to be unsafe to eat. But there are lots of food options, so you can always find something good to eat. Ordered a pizza at the bar, and that was very good. Room had a mini-fridge but no microwave."
"If you want a good location to stay for a concert this is it. But its the only good thing about it, the staff is incredibly rude and does anything it can to charge you more.
This hotel got lucky that a stadium was built next to them, that's their only saving grace."
"Great location and reasonable rates. It was quiet and I felt safe with the accommodations and around other guests.
The shared bathroom could have been cleaned more often.
Other than that great experience and I'd stay there again."
