"The staff at the Westin were brilliant, the property could do with slight improvements but it’s nothing that was too noticeable for our comfort. Everything worked and we really enjoyed the villa. I wear a hijab and we found out we could also request a screen for the pool area for a charge of 600 MYR. This was brilliant as I could make full use of the private pool area.
The breakfast was okay with lots of choice.
Our only con would be our mattress had a real noticeable dip on it but we didn’t mention this to staff, which I’m sure they would have done something about it as service here is 10/10. "
"What an unexpected and pleasant surprise this hotel turned out to be! The suite in the residence had amazing views of downtown KL. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms all had bidets with warmed seats. The elevators were fast and very secure too. Parking was super easy. We will definitely stay here again."
"Breakfast had a lot of variety though the food tasted ordinary. What I like best about the hotel is the convenience as it's next to KL Sentral and Nu Sentral mall, which is good for public transport users like me and easy to get to the airport and buy stuff."
"Amazing views of the Twin Towers from both the apartment and the swimming pool. The location is excellent, just a 6-minute walk from the Petronas Towers.
The only downside was the second bedroom, which didn’t feel like a proper bedroom. It was very small, with the bed taking up almost all the space and partially blocking the window. Unfortunately, this part was disappointing."
