"The rooms were a nice size and setup. The location was great. The service was excellent and the breakfast looked gorgeous and delicious. I did not get a chance to try it though,"
"To be honest I have no complain about my stay, the hotel was on La Gran Via, close to everything, and the staff and room were phenomenal. Special thanks to Ivan, the security guard of the hotel(El boricua salsero), he was super helpful and awsome with us, very friendly and informative, bless his heart."
"The room was very clean and the view was amazing. There was a good size minifridge for food. The bed was really comfortable and the gym was amazing. The rooftop bar had an amazing view and was never over crowded. It was a great stay!"
"Loved everything about the hotel and the room, with two exceptions. The pros -comfortable bed, refrigerator, desk for working, large spacious bathroom with amazing shower and the unbeatable views from the rooftop.
The two cons- automatic light in bathroom that came on in the middle of the night even when nobody was in there and the hair dryer, it would overheat and it took me good half hour to dry hair waiting for it to cool down. "
"Upon arrival, we were greeted with the news of a room upgrade from umi to sake suite which was great news. After having difficulty with the TV in our original room we were kindly moved to another without fuss. The staff were great and very accommodating whenever we had questions. The breakfast was great and so was the spa overall a great stay would definitely recommend"
