"I truly loved staying at this hotel. The Japanese culture thrived throughout the entrance, hallways, and in our room. One of my favorite things is that there is a washer and dryer! We absolutely loved the cookies that were in our room and recommend to buy some at the cookie factory down the road from the hotel. I would most definitely stay here again."

We had our bags transfered to the hotel no problem, and they helped us transfer to our next stay as well (via Yamoto Transport which was a great and inexpensive service). Overall great hotel!"
